وَحَدَثَ لَمَّا ابْتَدَا النَّاسُ يَكْثُرُونَ عَلَى الارْضِ وَوُلِدَ لَهُمْ بَنَاتٌ انَّ ابْنَاءَ اللهِ رَاوا بَنَاتِ النَّاسِ
انَّهُنَّ حَسَنَاتٌ. فَاتَّخَذُوا لانْفُسِهِمْ نِسَاءً مِنْ كُلِّ مَا اخْتَارُوا. فَقَالَ الرَّبُّ: «لا يَدِينُ رُوحِي فِي
الانْسَانِ الَى الابَدِ. لِزَيَغَانِهِ هُوَ بَشَرٌ وَتَكُونُ ايَّامُهُ مِئَةً وَعِشْرِينَ سَنَةً». كَانَ فِي الارْضِ طُغَاةٌ
فِي تِلْكَ الايَّامِ. وَبَعْدَ ذَلِكَ ايْضا اذْ دَخَلَ بَنُو اللهِ عَلَى بَنَاتِ النَّاسِ وَوَلَدْنَ لَهُمْ اوْلادا - هَؤُلاءِ هُمُ
الْجَبَابِرَةُ الَّذِينَ مُنْذُ الدَّهْرِ ذَوُو اسْمٍ. وَرَاى الرَّبُّ انَّ شَرَّ الانْسَانِ قَدْ كَثُرَ فِي الارْضِ وَانَّ كُلَّ
تَصَوُّرِ افْكَارِ قَلْبِهِ انَّمَا هُوَ شِرِّيرٌ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ. فَحَزِنَ الرَّبُّ انَّهُ عَمِلَ الانْسَانَ فِي الارْضِ وَتَاسَّفَ
فِي قَلْبِهِ. فَقَالَ الرَّبُّ: «امْحُو عَنْ وَجْهِ الارْضِ الانْسَانَ الَّذِي خَلَقْتُهُ: الانْسَانَ مَعَ بَهَائِمَ وَدَبَّابَاتٍ
وَطُيُورِ السَّمَاءِ. لانِّي حَزِنْتُ انِّي عَمِلْتُهُمْ». وَامَّا نُوحٌ فَوَجَدَ نِعْمَةً فِي عَيْنَيِ الرَّبِّ. هَذِهِ مَوَالِيدُ
نُوحٍ: كَانَ نُوحٌ رَجُلا بَارّا كَامِلا فِي اجْيَالِهِ. وَسَارَ نُوحٌ مَعَ اللهِ. وَوَلَدَ نُوحٌ ثَلاثَةَ بَنِينَ: سَاما وَحَاما
وَيَافَثَ. وَفَسَدَتِ الارْضُ امَامَ اللهِ وَامْتَلَاتِ الارْضُ ظُلْما. وَرَاى اللهُ الارْضَ فَاذَا هِيَ قَدْ فَسَدَتْ اذْ
كَانَ كُلُّ بَشَرٍ قَدْ افْسَدَ طَرِيقَهُ عَلَى الارْضِ. فَقَالَ اللهُ لِنُوحٍ: «نِهَايَةُ كُلِّ بَشَرٍ قَدْ اتَتْ امَامِي لانَّ
الارْضَ امْتَلَاتْ ظُلْما مِنْهُمْ. فَهَا انَا مُهْلِكُهُمْ مَعَ الارْضِ. اصْنَعْ لِنَفْسِكَ فُلْكا مِنْ خَشَبِ جُفْرٍ.
تَجْعَلُ الْفُلْكَ مَسَاكِنَ وَتَطْلِيهِ مِنْ دَاخِلٍ وَمِنْ خَارِجٍ بِالْقَارِ. وَهَكَذَا تَصْنَعُهُ: ثَلاثَ مِئَةِ ذِرَاعٍ
يَكُونُ طُولُ الْفُلْكِ وَخَمْسِينَ ذِرَاعا عَرْضُهُ وَثَلاثِينَ ذِرَاعا ارْتِفَاعُهُ. وَتَصْنَعُ كَوّا لِلْفُلْكِ
وَتُكَمِّلُهُ الَى حَدِّ ذِرَاعٍ مِنْ فَوْقُ. وَتَضَعُ بَابَ الْفُلْكِ فِي جَانِبِهِ. مَسَاكِنَ سُفْلِيَّةً وَمُتَوَسِّطَةً
وَعُلْوِيَّةً تَجْعَلُهُ. فَهَا انَا اتٍ بِطُوفَانِ الْمَاءِ عَلَى الارْضِ لِاهْلِكَ كُلَّ جَسَدٍ فِيهِ رُوحُ حَيَاةٍ مِنْ
تَحْتِ السَّمَاءِ. كُلُّ مَا فِي الارْضِ يَمُوتُ. وَلَكِنْ اقِيمُ عَهْدِي مَعَكَ فَتَدْخُلُ الْفُلْكَ انْتَ وَبَنُوكَ
وَامْرَاتُكَ وَنِسَاءُ بَنِيكَ مَعَكَ. وَمِنْ كُلِّ حَيٍّ مِنْ كُلِّ ذِي جَسَدٍ اثْنَيْنِ مِنْ كُلٍّ تُدْخِلُ الَى الْفُلْكِ
لِاسْتِبْقَائِهَا مَعَكَ. تَكُونُ ذَكَرا وَانْثَى. مِنَ الطُّيُورِ كَاجْنَاسِهَا وَمِنَ الْبَهَائِمَ كَاجْنَاسِهَا وَمِنْ كُلِّ
دَبابَاتِ الارْضِ كَاجْنَاسِهِ. اثْنَيْنِ مِنْ كُلٍّ تُدْخِلُ الَيْكَ لِاسْتِبْقَائِهَا. وَانْتَ فَخُذْ لِنَفْسِكَ مِنْ كُلِّ
طَعَامٍ يُؤْكَلُ وَاجْمَعْهُ عِنْدَكَ فَيَكُونَ لَكَ وَلَهَا طَعَاما». فَفَعَلَ نُوحٌ حَسَبَ كُلِّ مَا امَرَهُ بِهِ اللهُ.
هَكَذَا فَعَلَ.
تكوين 6
انَّهُنَّ حَسَنَاتٌ. فَاتَّخَذُوا لانْفُسِهِمْ نِسَاءً مِنْ كُلِّ مَا اخْتَارُوا. فَقَالَ الرَّبُّ: «لا يَدِينُ رُوحِي فِي

الْجَبَابِرَةُ الَّذِينَ مُنْذُ الدَّهْرِ ذَوُو اسْمٍ. وَرَاى الرَّبُّ انَّ شَرَّ الانْسَانِ قَدْ كَثُرَ فِي الارْضِ وَانَّ كُلَّ
تَصَوُّرِ افْكَارِ قَلْبِهِ انَّمَا هُوَ شِرِّيرٌ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ. فَحَزِنَ الرَّبُّ انَّهُ عَمِلَ الانْسَانَ فِي الارْضِ وَتَاسَّفَ
فِي قَلْبِهِ. فَقَالَ الرَّبُّ: «امْحُو عَنْ وَجْهِ الارْضِ الانْسَانَ الَّذِي خَلَقْتُهُ: الانْسَانَ مَعَ بَهَائِمَ وَدَبَّابَاتٍ
وَطُيُورِ السَّمَاءِ. لانِّي حَزِنْتُ انِّي عَمِلْتُهُمْ». وَامَّا نُوحٌ فَوَجَدَ نِعْمَةً فِي عَيْنَيِ الرَّبِّ. هَذِهِ مَوَالِيدُ

وَعُلْوِيَّةً تَجْعَلُهُ. فَهَا انَا اتٍ بِطُوفَانِ الْمَاءِ عَلَى الارْضِ لِاهْلِكَ كُلَّ جَسَدٍ فِيهِ رُوحُ حَيَاةٍ مِنْ
تَحْتِ السَّمَاءِ. كُلُّ مَا فِي الارْضِ يَمُوتُ. وَلَكِنْ اقِيمُ عَهْدِي مَعَكَ فَتَدْخُلُ الْفُلْكَ انْتَ وَبَنُوكَ
وَامْرَاتُكَ وَنِسَاءُ بَنِيكَ مَعَكَ. وَمِنْ كُلِّ حَيٍّ مِنْ كُلِّ ذِي جَسَدٍ اثْنَيْنِ مِنْ كُلٍّ تُدْخِلُ الَى الْفُلْكِ

طَعَامٍ يُؤْكَلُ وَاجْمَعْهُ عِنْدَكَ فَيَكُونَ لَكَ وَلَهَا طَعَاما». فَفَعَلَ نُوحٌ حَسَبَ كُلِّ مَا امَرَهُ بِهِ اللهُ.
هَكَذَا فَعَلَ.

Genesis 6
Now it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born to them, that the sons of God saw the daughters of men, that they were beautiful; and they took wives for themselves of all whom they chose.
And the Lord said, "My Spirit shall not strive with man forever, for he is indeed flesh; yet his days shall be one hundred and twenty years."
There were giants on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown. Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
And the Lord was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart. So the Lord said, "I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man and beast, creeping thing and birds of the air, for I am sorry that I have made them."
But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord. This is the genealogy of Noah. Noah was a just man, perfect in his generations. Noah walked with God. And Noah begot three sons: Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. So God looked upon the earth, and indeed it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted their way on the earth.
And God said to Noah, "The end of all flesh has come before Me, for the earth is filled with violence through them; and behold, I will destroy them with the earth. "Make yourself an ark of gopherwood; make rooms in the ark, and cover it inside and outside with pitch. And this is how you shall make it: The length of the ark shall be three hundred cubits, its width fifty cubits, and its height thirty cubits. You shall make a window for the ark, and you shall finish it to a cubit from above; and set the door of the ark in its side. You shall make it with lower, second, and third decks. And behold, I Myself am bringing floodwaters on the earth, to destroy from under heaven all flesh in which is the breath of life; everything that is on the earth shall die. But I will establish My covenant with you; and you shall go into the ark--you, your sons, your wife, and your sons' wives with you. And of every living thing of all flesh you shall bring two of every sort into the ark, to keep them alive with you; they shall be male and female. Of the birds after their kind, of animals after their kind, and of every creeping thing of the earth after its kind, two of every kind will come to you to keep them alive. And you shall take for yourself of all food that is eaten, and you shall gather it to yourself; and it shall be food for you and for them."
Thus Noah did; according to all that God commanded him, so he did.
Kejadian 6
1 Ketika manusia itu mulai bertambah banyak jumlahnya di muka bumi, dan bagi mereka lahir anak-anak perempuan,
2 maka anak-anak Allah melihat, bahwa anak-anak perempuan manusia itu cantik-cantik, lalu mereka mengambil isteri dari antara perempuan-perempuan itu, siapa saja yang disukai mereka.
3 Berfirmanlah TUHAN: ''Roh-Ku tidak akan selama-lamanya tinggal di dalam manusia, karena manusia itu adalah daging, tetapi umurnya akan seratus dua puluh tahun saja.''
4 Pada waktu itu orang-orang raksasa ada di bumi, dan juga pada waktu sesudahnya, ketika anak-anak Allah menghampiri anak-anak perempuan manusia, dan perempuan-perempuan itu melahirkan anak bagi mereka; inilah orang-orang yang gagah perkasa di zaman purbakala, orang-orang yang kenamaan.
5 Ketika dilihat TUHAN, bahwa kejahatan manusia besar di bumi dan bahwa segala kecenderungan hatinya selalu membuahkan kejahatan semata-mata,
6 maka menyesallah TUHAN, bahwa Ia telah menjadikan manusia di bumi, dan hal itu memilukan hati-Nya.
7 Berfirmanlah TUHAN: ''Aku akan menghapuskan manusia yang telah Kuciptakan itu dari muka bumi, baik manusia maupun hewan dan binatang-binatang melata dan burung-burung di udara, sebab Aku menyesal, bahwa Aku telah menjadikan mereka.''
8 Tetapi Nuh mendapat kasih karunia di mata TUHAN.
9 Inilah riwayat Nuh: Nuh adalah seorang yang benar dan tidak bercela di antara orang-orang sezamannya; dan Nuh itu hidup bergaul dengan Allah.
10 Nuh memperanakkan tiga orang laki-laki: Sem, Ham dan Yafet.
11 Adapun bumi itu telah rusak di hadapan Allah dan penuh dengan kekerasan.
12 Allah menilik bumi itu dan sungguhlah rusak benar, sebab semua manusia menjalankan hidup yang rusak di bumi.
13 Berfirmanlah Allah kepada Nuh: ''Aku telah memutuskan untuk mengakhiri hidup segala makhluk, sebab bumi telah penuh dengan kekerasan oleh mereka, jadi Aku akan memusnahkan mereka bersama-sama dengan bumi.
14 Buatlah bagimu sebuah bahtera dari kayu gofir; bahtera itu harus kaubuat berpetak-petak dan harus kaututup dengan pakal dari luar dan dari dalam.
15 Beginilah engkau harus membuat bahtera itu: tiga ratus hasta panjangnya, lima puluh hasta lebarnya dan tiga puluh hasta tingginya.
16 Buatlah atap pada bahtera itu dan selesaikanlah bahtera itu sampai sehasta dari atas, dan pasanglah pintunya pada lambungnya; buatlah bahtera itu bertingkat bawah, tengah dan atas.
17 Sebab sesungguhnya Aku akan mendatangkan air bah meliputi bumi untuk memusnahkan segala yang hidup dan bernyawa di kolong langit; segala yang ada di bumi akan mati binasa.
18 Tetapi dengan engkau Aku akan mengadakan perjanjian-Ku, dan engkau akan masuk ke dalam bahtera itu: engkau bersama-sama dengan anak-anakmu dan isterimu dan isteri anak-anakmu.
19 Dan dari segala yang hidup, dari segala makhluk, dari semuanya haruslah engkau bawa satu pasang ke dalam bahtera itu, supaya terpelihara hidupnya bersama-sama dengan engkau; jantan dan betina harus kaubawa.
20 Dari segala jenis burung dan dari segala jenis hewan, dari segala jenis binatang melata di muka bumi, dari semuanya itu harus datang satu pasang kepadamu, supaya terpelihara hidupnya.
21 Dan engkau, bawalah bagimu segala apa yang dapat dimakan; kumpulkanlah itu padamu untuk menjadi makanan bagimu dan bagi mereka.''
22 Lalu Nuh melakukan semuanya itu; tepat seperti yang diperintahkan Allah kepadanya, demikianlah dilakukannya.

15 Beginilah engkau harus membuat bahtera itu: tiga ratus hasta panjangnya, lima puluh hasta lebarnya dan tiga puluh hasta tingginya.
16 Buatlah atap pada bahtera itu dan selesaikanlah bahtera itu sampai sehasta dari atas, dan pasanglah pintunya pada lambungnya; buatlah bahtera itu bertingkat bawah, tengah dan atas.
17 Sebab sesungguhnya Aku akan mendatangkan air bah meliputi bumi untuk memusnahkan segala yang hidup dan bernyawa di kolong langit; segala yang ada di bumi akan mati binasa.
18 Tetapi dengan engkau Aku akan mengadakan perjanjian-Ku, dan engkau akan masuk ke dalam bahtera itu: engkau bersama-sama dengan anak-anakmu dan isterimu dan isteri anak-anakmu.
19 Dan dari segala yang hidup, dari segala makhluk, dari semuanya haruslah engkau bawa satu pasang ke dalam bahtera itu, supaya terpelihara hidupnya bersama-sama dengan engkau; jantan dan betina harus kaubawa.
20 Dari segala jenis burung dan dari segala jenis hewan, dari segala jenis binatang melata di muka bumi, dari semuanya itu harus datang satu pasang kepadamu, supaya terpelihara hidupnya.
21 Dan engkau, bawalah bagimu segala apa yang dapat dimakan; kumpulkanlah itu padamu untuk menjadi makanan bagimu dan bagi mereka.''
22 Lalu Nuh melakukan semuanya itu; tepat seperti yang diperintahkan Allah kepadanya, demikianlah dilakukannya.
